كيف تختار أضحية سليمة؟

إذا كنت تنوي الأضحية، هناك بعض الأشياء التي عليك الانتباه لها أثناء الشراء، لذا كن حريصا على أن تصطحب معك من تثق بهم أثناء الشراء حتى تستطيعون اختيار أضحية سليمة دون الوقوع في فخ المحتالين من التجار.

الصحة العامة للأضحية

مراقبة السلامة العامة للأضحية من خلال عدة مؤشرات

  1. قم بسحب الأضحية من قطيعها وراقب مقاومة الأضحية وعودتها إلى القطيع عند إفلاتها، فالأضحية السليمة تقاوم بشدة عند سحبها من القطيع وتعود إليه سريعا، أما الأضحية المريضة هزيلة المقاومة والعودة للقطيع.
  2. راقب شهية الأضحية وإقبالها على الأعلاف، فالأضحية السليمة تقبل على الطعام، أما المريضة تفقد شهيتها لتناوله.
  3. تفقد ذيل الأضحية وقوائمها الخلفيتان، فإذا وجدت روثا عالقا فهذا علامة على الإسهال، وهو مؤشر غير صحي.
  4. راقب تنفس الخروف، فإذا لاحظت سرعة في التنفس وبحة فهذا دليل على وجود إفرازات أنفية وربما التهابات في الرئة.
  5. لاحظ سلامة صوف الأضحية وسهولة انتزاعه، فإذا كان الصوف منحولا متقصفا سهل انتزاعه، ابتعد عن هذا الرأس من الغنم، فهذه دلالة على إصابته بالجرب

عمر الأضحية

كلما كان عمر الأضحية أصغر، كلما ارتفعت جودة اللحم

  1. أصغر الخراف هو الجذع، أي ما لم يتجاوز عمره ال12 شهر، ويتميز بوجود 8 قواطع لبنية صغيرة ومتساوية
  2. الأكبر قليلا من الخراف هو الثني، وعمره من ال12 ل18 شهر، ويتميز بوجود قاطعين دائمين و6 قواطع لبنية.
  3. الأكبر قليلا هو الرباع، وعمره بين ال18 وال24، ويتميز بوجود 4 قواطع دائمة و4 قواطع لبنية، وهو أكبر عمر ينصح بشراء الخراف فيه للأضحية، لأن اللحم يفقد جودته إذا تقدمت الأضحية في العمر أكثر من ذلك.

سمن الأضحية

تفقد ما إذا كانت الأضحية سمينة صالحة للذبح أم هزيلة من خلال تفقد العمود الفقري للأضحية، فإذا استطعت الإمساك به بسهولة فهذا يعني أنها هزيلة لا تصلح للذبح، أما إذا لم تستطع الإمساك به، فتلك أضحية جيدة

من حيل التجار

إليك بعض حيل التجار التي يقومون بها لإيهام المشترين بأنها أغنام سمينة

  1. خلط ماء الشرب بالملح، مما يؤدي إلى انتفاخ بطن الأغنام فيتوهم المشتري بأنها سمينة
  2. خلط الصوف ببعض الأعشاب لإيهام المشترين أنها أغنام برية
  3. رفع الخروف على قائمتيه الخلفيتين ودفع بطنه بركبة البائع، فإذا تفقدت ظهره في هذه الوضعية، لن تلحظ هزاله، فاطلب من البائع أن يضع الخروف في وضعيته الطبيعية
  4. كن حذرا ولا تختلط عليك حيل التجار في المفاوضة من أجل السعر
