The Atlas Lions winger Hakim Ziyech has reportedly donated all of his 2022 World Cup bonus earnings to poor and needy people in his country.
The Chelsea midfielder reportedly gave all of the money, around $277,575.90, away to charities and members of the team’s staff, NBC News reported.
The news was revealed by journalist Khaled Beydoun who said Ziyech has not kept a single penny.

Born in the Netherlands, Hakim Ziyech began his career at the Dutch club Heerenveen in 2012. In 2020, he joined Chelsea for a hefty transfer fee of €40 million.
Ziyech also represents Morocco at the international level, after joining the national team in 2015.
Morocco finished in fourth place in Qatar World Cup 2022 after losing 2-1 to Croatia on Saturday, concluding at the best place ever for an Arab or African country.
