Marriage is a very special relationship in Islam, when we enter Jannah (inshaAllah) we will enter with our spouse. But there are other possibilities according the Ibn Kathir. You could enter Paradise with someone you wanted to marry in this dunya but were unable to or you could be married to a heavenly spouse.
What if you weren’t happy with your spouse in dunya? Firstly, there are no ill feelings in Jannah. Secondly, there is no dissatisfaction in Jannah and you will love this spouse no matter what. And thirdly, every time you look at your spouse, they will be more beautiful than they appeared to be the last time you looked at them. So in Jannah, our love and attraction does not fade as it does in dunya, but it grows.
May Allah grant us Jannah with our loved ones in the company of the Prophet (pbuh).
