In Islam, marriage is a voluntary act and should not be forced upon Muslim girls; and this is also in line with the teachings of Islam. In this video, Ustadha Nouman Ali Khan stresses on the need for women to be allowed to get married to whom they desire as the Prophet (SAW) also describes forced marriage as Batil, that is Invalid.
