We Have Lost Beautiful Manners in Our Ummah

We have lost beautiful manners in our ummah. Through that we are in a state of disarray as a community. We must fix this.

There are certain qualities, which we have lost. We have lost honesty, mercy, compassion and mercy. These are the beautiful manners taught to us by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

As a result of us losing these good manners, we have become diseased as an ummah. What is the cure for this disease?

We have to go back to unconditional honesty. If you are talking to your children, be honest. If you are talking to anyone, be honest.

Be in the habit of being honest because until we go back to these beautiful manners, we will not fix our condition.

Taqwa – Living the Main Purpose of Ramadan

Taqwa is a major purpose for the month of Ramadan. The people of taqwa are those who do the things that they are commanded and avoid the things which Allah has made prohibitive. And evidently, to reach a state of taqwa requires vigilance, it requires patience and sincerity. The verse is pertaining to fasting I found in a single set of verses in chapter 2 starting at verse 183: O you who have believed, decreed upon you is fasting as it was decreed upon those before you that you may become righteous.
