اجعله رمضانا مختلفا.. نصائح للاستفادة من رمضان في زمن الكورونا

عند اختيار الأولويات بين الدنيا والآخرة، كثيرا ما نجد أنفسنا منشغلين بالدنيا على حساب الآخرة، والتوقف وملاحظة ما يشغلنا عادة ما يساعدنا على اليقظة وإدراك أولوياتنا في التفكير، وهو أمر مهم في بداية شهر رمضان، الذي نتدرب فيه على التوقف عن عادات كثيرة.

العبادة أولا

ومن أجل الاستفادة من شهر رمضان لابد أن تأتي العبادة أولا، وألا تأتي بعد العمل على أي حال ولا يسبقها هوى النفس، لأن اليوم الذي يمضي وتقصر في العبادة فيه لا يعود، وإن أتى غيره

إدارة الطاقة خلال اليوم

ينبغي علينا خلال رمضان أن نراقب مستوى إنتاجنا العملي ومستوى الطاقة لدينا خلال اليوم وتوزيع الأعمال والمهام بحسب احتياجاتنا وطاقاتنا، فمثلا نركز في وقت ما قبل الإفطار على العبادات التي لا تحتاج إلى مجهود ذهني كبير مثل الذكر، ويساعد على هذا عمل روتين يومي للاستفادة من الوقت خلال شهر رمضان.

وأسباب قلة الطاقة ليست فقط قلة الطعام بل ربما كثرته وربما نوعيته، أحيانا أخرى ، إذ يتسبب الطعام المليئ بالسكريات والدهون المشبعة في تفاوت نسبة السكر في الدم، مما يؤثر في مستوى الطاقة.

افعل شيئا جديدا

وليكن قراءة القرآن بتفسيره، وبناء مسجد في المنزل، للتشجيع على التعبد، أو حفظ سورة جديدة أو قراءة كتاب جيد يزيد من معرفتك الدينية، وإذا لم تقرأ فاستمع.

استبدل المسلسل بكورس مفيد

استبدل المسلسل بكورس مفيد في مهارات الحياة أو شيئا أردت تعلمه، وأعط نفسك فرصة لمعرفة المتاح أولا قبل التعلم من خلال تطبيق معين.

وأخيرا، أغلق وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي للتقليل من اللغو والوقت الضائع
