What to Do with Interest Money?

We know interest is haram but in the current financial system, we gain it in the banks. So what do we do with interest money?

You can take the interest that you gain from the bank and give it to the poor Muslims. Don’t eat it. This is wrong.

If we consume interest then it is very sinful for us. And we will be punished for it in this world and the next.

If you are wealthy, don’t ask for more money back when you sell something and claim it is a profit. It isn’t, it is interest. Unless they are willing to contribute in your business and take the loss as well as the profit. This is a business.

We must make use of our scholars especially those who are specialized in these fields.

Taqwa is a major purpose for the month of Ramadan. The people of taqwa are those who do the things that they are commanded and avoid the things which Allah has made prohibitive.
