From weeping statues and apparitions to levitating mystics, every religion has claimed their share of miracles. What we need to consider is that they may merely be matters of interpretation, a hoax or simple coincidence.
You shouldn’t base your faith on these miraculous events but on the revelations and doctrines of your faith. The real test of a religion is that it can stand up to scrutiny.
We also need to be aware of fraudsters who prey upon the vulnerable or even use actors to deceive other members of a congregation.
