Custom’s Applications and Limitations: Islamic Legal Maxims

In the previous episode, Sheikh Kutty discussed the maxim, “custom is arbiter”, the 5th and last of the Islamic Grand Legal maxims (Al-Qawa`id Al-Kubra).
